Halloween!

Halloween in Australia isn't a big deal at all. Not even a little deal. It is something that people see on The Simpsons and an event that confectionary companies try to get people to embrace.

We had ONE trick-or-treater this year. Last year we had three. This year we had an awesome zombie which I tell myself makes up for the lack of more trick-or-treaters - quality over quantity...

This is my ben pumpkin in the making:
We put some bat/ghosts (squiggly eyes drawn by Ben) on the driveway to let people know that we were in the know:



Ben made sure that the chocolates didn't go to waste:

We also put pumpkins near the street:


And I lit up my Ben pumpkin:


And then Ben gave it a kiss:
