Our library window theme was TRAVEL!!
All the groups in our library studies class did an awesome job on their window displays. One group had cooking and I loved all the bits and bobs they incorporated and then I used that idea in our display!!
We had a rough idea to incorporate travel guides and fiction books based in countries around the world. We each brought heaps of books and a bunch of toys, tickets and a cutesy souvenir from possible Hawaii - it came from the op shop!!
I remembered from the last display, have a look here, that the display cases had a back window and that detracted a bit from the display. So rather last minute I made up a vintage looking postcard to affix to the back window to stop people looking right through our display.
